Card Fraud/Lost or Stolen

What if my ATM Card is lost or stolen?
Only the account holder to whom the card was issued can report a card as lost. To do so, simply call the Vista Bank E-Business Centre at +220 833 663 906 / +220 833 663 903 and quote the Cash card reference number listed on the card mailer.

The card will be deactivated immediately to prevent misuse. Card replacement is at cost of card.
